Komagane Farms is a tourist facility featuring Komakappa, a shop selling souvenirs and local specialties from the Ina Valley, and Suzuran House, which is known for its soft-serve ice cream made with Suzuran milk.

From the eastern side of the lake, you can enjoy views of Mount Hoken and the ridgeline of the Central Alps beyond the water. From the western side, you can see the Southern Alps in the distance. From late October to mid-November, the area is especially beautiful with colorful autumn foliage.

Founded in 860, Kozenji Temple has long attracted worshippers as one of the most important temples in southern Shinshu. It is known for the legend of the sacred dog Hayataro and for its glowing moss. Its beautiful garden is also well worth a visit.

Roten Kobushi-no-Yu is a natural hot spring facility located in Family Vacation Village within the Hayataro Onsen area. From the open-air bath and wooden deck, you can enjoy the skin-beautifying hot spring water while taking in the scenery of each season. A barrel sauna is also available.

Visitors can explore the production process of Medicinal Yomeishu at their own pace, with no reservation required. On the second floor, a giant Yomeishu bottle approximately 3.7 meters tall and 1.4 meters in diameter welcomes visitors. Exhibits explaining the production process and views of the production line offer an opportunity to learn more about Yomeishu. Admission is free.

Participants in the JICA Overseas Cooperation Volunteers program undergo approximately 70 days of pre-departure training before being sent to countries around the world. Over the program’s 61-year history, approximately 58,000 volunteers have been dispatched to 99 countries.

Viande Sakura-tei is operated by Sakura Kobo, a butcher shop with more than 50 years of experience specializing in horse sashimi. The restaurant offers a carefully selected menu featuring horse sashimi, Shinshu Komebuta Pork, Shinshu Premium Beef, and other meats available only at a butcher-operated restaurant. Its sauce katsudon is also very popular. Please note that walk-in guests may not be accommodated when the restaurant is fully booked by group reservations.

In 1985, Hombo Shuzo opened this distillery in Miyada Village, an area blessed with a cool climate and high-quality water. In addition to distillery tours, the visitor center features an attractive bar and shop.

Enjoy a day visit to Hayataro Onsen, known for its skin-beautifying hot spring water, while taking in magnificent views of the Southern Alps. Authentic Italian cuisine is also available. This bus stop is an ideal starting point for a walk along Komorebi-no-Michi.

Pinkoro Shrine is dedicated to prayers for health and longevity. Visitors pray to live long, healthy, and active lives and to pass away peacefully. It is said that stepping on the giant straw sandal inside the shrine, which measures approximately three meters long, brings blessings for good health, protection from illness, and strong legs.

Komakusa-no-Yu is a day-use hot spring facility where visitors can enjoy the natural waters of Hayataro Onsen. On clear days, the spacious indoor bath and open-air bath offer views of rugged Mount Hoken and the magnificent ridgeline of the Central Alps.
